Biscuit Mix: WHEAT flour, brown sugar, bicarbonate of soda.
Icing sugar
Blue colour gel contains: Glucose, Sugar, Water, Anti-caking agent (Potato Starch), Colour (Brilliant Blue), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Agar), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).

Red colour gel contains: Glucose, Sugar, Colour (Safflower), Water, Anti-caking Agent (Potato Starch), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Agar), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).

Dolly mix: Sugar, glucose syrup, beef gelatine, vegetable oil (palm), cornflour, colours (anthocyanins, plain caramel, capsanthin, beetroot red, chlorophylls, lutein), citric acid, flavourings, fat reduced cocoa powder, plant concentrates: safflower, spirulina.

White Pearls: Sugar, Maize Starch, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Tapioca Starch, Glazing Agent (Shellac)

Store in a cool and dry place. Minimum 3 month shelf life.
