A.H. Was not sure what to expect from an ice-cream mix, but after adding milk and whisking in the mixer for quite a while, it became really thick and fluffy, and also tasted really good! My daughter (8) did almost all of this and really enjoyed serving up little ice-cream sandwiches from her cute cardboard van :)
