If you wish you return a product please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing us email@example.com
Returns must be received in their original unopened condition.
Returns to us are at your own cost and we must receive them within 7 days of your delivery.
Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned.
This will be credited to the customer’s original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.

Please give us a brief indication of the problem and be sure to include your order number as well as an image of the faulty product.
If the products are deemed to be faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily refund or replace the items.
Please ensure you are happy with your order and check spelling and punctuation on personalised stickers before completing your order.
If you do need to cancel your order, please do it as soon as you can as we send out orders on the same or next day and can only refund you the value of the item, not the shipping costs incurred. You can email us email@example.com if you wish you cancel your order
