Brownie Bites with Coconut Flour Recipe

These brownie bites are the perfect guilt-free treat for chocolate lovers! Made with nutrient-dense coconut flour and naturally sweetened with honey or maple syrup, they’re both fudgy and satisfying. These bites are grain-free and packed with wholesome ingredients, making them a great choice for an afternoon pick-me-up or a kid-friendly snack. The Coconut Flour Brownie Bites recipe makes approximately 12-15 small portions Quick and easy to prepare, they’ll be a hit with the whole family. Plus, they bake in under 15 minutes, perfect for when you need a chocolate fix in no time!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

  2. In a medium bowl, sift together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, and salt to remove any lumps.

  3. Add the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and well combined.

  4. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake, as the bites will continue to firm up as they cool.

  6. Let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.


Serving Suggestions:

These brownie bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days or frozen for a longer shelf life. Enjoy them as is or pair them with a dollop of yogurt or fresh berries for an extra treat!
