- Tub of chocolate ice cream
- 1 pack of bourbon biscuits
- Edible garden decorations e.g. jelly worms, smarties, mint leaves, berries
1. Scoop the chocolate ice cream into a baking tin. Press down into an even layer using the back of a spoon.
2. Blitz the biscuits in a food processor or blender into fine crumbs.
3. Scatter the biscuit crumbs over the ice cream layer and spread it to the edges.
4. Arrange the edible decorations on top and place the tin in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the ice cream is fully frozen.
