Cornflake cake recipe (toddler friendly)

This is what I made on repeat when my kids were toddlers 🤍

Nothing fancy. Just something easy that they could actually get involved in (and not lose interest halfway through 🙃)

These cornflake cakes were always a go-to — lots of pouring, mixing, a bit of mess… and they felt very proud of the end result.

What you need:

100g cornflakes• 75g butter• 2 tbsp honey• 2 tbsp soft brown sugar• 12 paper cases

How to make:
Gently melt the butter, honey and brown sugar together until smooth. pour it over the cornflakes, give it a good mix and spoon into cases.
Pop them in the fridge to set (if they make it that far…)
