No Bake Duck Pretzels Easter Recipe

No Bake Duck Pretzels Easter Recipe

So cute for Easter snacking or gifting (you could put a few together in a little bag with a ribbon 🐥♥️)

Duck chocolate pretzels

Makes: About 30 pretzels
Total Time: 30 minutes (plus cooling time)

Ingredients:

30 small pretzels (make sure you match the shape in this video)
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
Yellow gel food coloring (or use yellow candy melts)
30 orange Smarties (or M&Ms) for the beak
60 mini chocolate chips or black sesame seeds or sprinkles for the eyes

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Add yellow gel food coloring a little at a time, stirring until you reach your desired duck-yellow color. Pour melted choc into a piping bag and make a small hole at the tip.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pipe your chocolate onto your pretzel until it fills the inside.
Place the chocolate  pretzels on the parchment paper.
While the chocolate is still wet, press an orange Smartie onto the duck’s head to act as the beak.
Add two mini chocolate chips or black sprinkles above the beak for the eyes.

Let the pretzels sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes).
You can speed this up by placing them in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Once set, serve your adorable duck pretzels or store them in an airtight container for up to a week!
