Ingredients
100g Unsalted butter
250g Mini marshmallows
150g Rice Krispies
50g Red sugarpaste
Edible eyes
Black writing icing
Method
Line an 8-inch square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
Microwave the butter and mini marshmallows together in a large bowl for 60-90 seconds until melted. Give the mixture a good stir to combine.
Stir in the Rice Krispies, fully coating them in the mixture.
Press out into the tin and leave to set for 1 hour. Slice the Rice Krispie cakes into 12.
Roll out the red sugarpaste and cut out small circles for the nose using a cutter or piping nozzle.
Then use the black writing icing to draw a mouth and stick on the eyes and big red nose.
