Peppermint 2 layer fudge
These are amazing.. and so easy to make:
Ingredients
170g choc chips dark
170g white choc chips
1 can condensed milk
peppermint essence
christmas sprinkles
Method:
melt dark choc chips with 1/2 of the condensed milk until combined
Pour into a lined baking dish and chill for 20 mins
Melt white choc chips with rest of condensed milk until combined
Pour white choc over the dark choc layer and spread to edges. Top with sprinkles
chill for a few hours until set
