🍦 2-Ingredient No-Churn Ice Cream
Creamy, delicious and so easy to make! With just two ingredients, you can create homemade ice cream that's perfect on its own or with your favourite toppings.
You'll Need
- 300ml double cream
- 397g tin condensed milk
Optional Toppings
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate chips
- Crushed biscuits
- Fresh berries
- Chocolate sauce
How to Make It
- Whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Gently fold in the condensed milk until fully combined.
- Stir in any optional toppings if you'd like to flavour your ice cream.
- Spoon the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
Top Tip: Divide the mixture into smaller tubs before freezing and let everyone create their own flavour by adding sprinkles, crushed biscuits, chocolate chips or fruit. 🍓🍪🍫
