🍌 Banana Popsicles
These frozen banana pops are a delicious summer treat! Dip sweet banana pieces in melted chocolate, decorate with colourful sprinkles and freeze for the perfect homemade snack.
You'll Need
- 2 bananas
- 100g milk or white chocolate
- Sprinkles
- Bamboo skewers or lolly sticks
How to Make It
- Peel the bananas and cut each one in half.
- Carefully push a bamboo skewer or lolly stick into the cut end of each banana (an adult may need to help).
- Place the bananas in the freezer for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Melt the chocolate with the help of an adult.
- Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, turning to coat as much or as little as you like.
- Quickly sprinkle over your favourite decorations before the chocolate sets.
- Place on a tray lined with baking paper and return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
Top Tip: Try decorating with chopped nuts (if suitable), crushed freeze-dried strawberries, coconut or mini chocolate chips to make each banana pop unique! 🍫✨
