Make your own tasty jewellery using cereal, sweets and mini marshmallows! Thread them onto cocktail sticks to create colourful bracelets, necklaces or wands that are almost too fun to eat.
You'll Need
- Ring-shaped cereal (such as Cheerios)
- Mini marshmallows
- Ring sweets or jelly sweets with holes
- Cocktail sticks or wooden skewers (adult supervision required)
How to Make It
- Lay out all your cereal and sweets ready for decorating.
- Carefully thread the Cheerios, marshmallows and ring sweets onto a cocktail stick or wooden skewer.
- Create your own colourful patterns by mixing different shapes and colours.
- Keep threading until your edible jewellery is as full as you'd like.
- Enjoy your tasty creation straight away!
Top Tip: Try making rainbow patterns, repeating colour sequences or even spelling out initials with alphabet cereal if you have some. For younger children, use thick drinking straws or pipe cleaners (for crafting only, not eating) instead of cocktail sticks to make threading easier and safer. 🌈🍡
