You'll Need
- Ice cube tray
- Fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi or orange slices)
- Water
How to Make It
- Wash and prepare your fruit, cutting larger pieces into small chunks.
- Place a few pieces of fruit into each section of the ice cube tray.
- Carefully fill each compartment with water.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Pop the fruity ice cubes into your favourite cold drink and watch them add a burst of colour and flavour.
Top Tip: Try mixing different fruits in each cube to create rainbow ice cubes, or use coconut water or diluted fruit juice instead of water for an extra fruity twist! 🍓🫐🍊🧊
