Rice cake s'mores
🍫 Rice Cake S'mores
A quick and delicious no-bake treat that's ready in minutes! Crispy rice cakes are sandwiched with melted chocolate and gooey marshmallows for a fun twist on a classic campfire favourite.
You'll Need
- 2 plain rice cakes
- 2–3 squares milk chocolate
- 1 large marshmallow (or 2–3 mini marshmallows)
How to Make It
- Place the chocolate onto one rice cake.
- Put the marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
- Microwave for 10–15 seconds, or until the marshmallow is soft and puffy (an adult should help with this step).
- Place the second rice cake on top and gently press down to create your s'more.
- Leave to cool for a minute, then enjoy while the chocolate is still warm and melty.
Top Tip: Try adding a slice of strawberry or banana before sandwiching your rice cakes together for an extra fruity twist! 🍓🍌
