We ordered 24 party bags for a 6th birthday party. Thankfully we started putting them together 2 days in advance, as when we opened the box we quickly discovered there was icing sugar everywhere. They are thin paper packs and one had a hole which had enabled icing sugar to escape everywhere. I got in touch and they sent another icing sugar pouch plus another box and sticker (we were one short vs the order) on next day delivery so I had the correct elements in time, but I still had to wipe down so many packs as I was making up the boxes because there was icing sugar everywhere. I also discovered one more icing sugar pack with a hole but it was too late to do anything about that so I simply wrapped it in a food bag and put it in the birthday girls bag. My other complaint was that the cupcake cases were all over the place (some seemed to have plastic strip around them others didn’t), so I ended up having to count out 6 for each box. It felt like a lot of work to put together correct non-sticky bags.
Needless to say the kids loved them, and I still think it’s a great concept, I just wasn’t happy with the quality of contents this time.
